By car
This is by far the easiest way and also means you can visit local towns and sights. But you by no means need a car as there are walks and shops near by.
By public transport
A train to Cambridge station, followed by a taxi is the best way to arrive without a car. It is about 10 miles to Cambridge and a taxi will cost around £20-£25.
By bike or on foot
We have had one visitor arrive by bike, en route to Norfolk, so it is possible. They arrived from London via the River Lea path, through Saffron Walden and Linton.
